How are your ceramics made?
New Dawn ceramics are all handmade - either wheel thrown on the pottery wheel or hand built from
slabs and coil techniques with stoneware clay and a food safe glaze.
Are your ceramics food safe?
All our ceramics are food and drink safe, high fired for vitrification and glazed with food safe glazes.
Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?
Some of our ceramics contain real gold so they are not microwave safe and it will be stated
in the product listing and care instructions. All of our other ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe but handwashing is recommended.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we ship tracked to every country in the world. Shipping costs vary.
Production & Dispatch Times?
Our order processing time is usually: 1-2 business days on Ready To Ship products. Commissions and Made To Order products : 3-4 weeks for dispatching. There are multiple shipping options available for all products.
What happens if my item gets damaged in the post?
Every care is taken when items are packaged and handed over to our courier. In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please provide photo evidence of the damage and the packaging as it arrived to you within 3 days of delivery. You can contact us via the website, Instagram or by emailing newdawnpottery@gmail.com.
We will provide any replacement or refund to you within 30 days of receiving your request.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes we do, if you are not happy with your purchase and need to return it please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will issue any refund due to you within 30 days of receiving your request.
Unfortunately we do not reimburse delivery costs nor do we accept returns or exchanges on personalised items.
